I value the transfer of scientific knowledge and I care about doing it right. I have thus completed a formal training program in pedagogy for teaching at university. I have supervised students in the lab and taught undergraduate courses at the university for two years, in “Plant physiology” and “Methods and technics applied to biology”. I also engaged in the university program “Student becoming” that aims at guiding biology student during their first year at the university. In this program, I notably taught “Learning methodology” aiming at improving their organization skills and memorization technics but also teaching them the importance of physical and mental health to achieve their goals.

Because I believe maintaining a strong bridge between the scientific community and the general public is essential for building trust and inspiring future scientists, I also volunteered to take part in European Researchers Nights alongside some of my colleagues. We presented our work and its societal relevance, demonstrated simple lab techniques and encouraged people to try them themselves.
