Engagement for Equality

Throughout my years as a PhD student, I have been actively engaged in promoting equality within the local academic research community. I served as a corresponding agent for equality for the CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) to implement the CNRS Gender Equality Plan. Our actions promote inclusivity and gender equality in research, while addressing diverse forms of discrimination, with the aim of ensuring a healthy work environment for everyone.

After two decades of commitment to equality, the CNRS was awarded in 2024 with the European Prize for Gender Equality in the “advanced” category.
